“No Kids, No Wife, No Mortgage”

by Brendan Anthony on July 08th, 08:07pm 2008

In the words of a woman we just met in McDonalds. This is the time for a trip like this. 26 years old, some money in the bank, and no kids to take care of. Any sooner and we wouldn’t have the security. Any later and we’d be too tied down.

By the way, I see Scott and I have different estimations of how long an attention span our readers have. Don’t mistake- he’s just had more time than I have. I can ramble too. In fact I’ll also try to post more regularly now that we are on the road for realz.

Yeah, my mother has a way with words. There’s some gold in her babbling stream of consciousness…or at least some very pretty rocks.

I’ve always wanted to go on a trip like this, and when I actually have some cash to my name, I probably will. ‘Til then, I’ll just read this blog of yours. =D
