Reservation for….Three Pizzas?

Last night was an awesome time with Todd and some more of his friends. We had some outstanding pizza from a family owned restaurant where you have to reserve your dough ahead of time. This place has been around for a generation or more and has been making the same style pie from the beginning. Tomato pie is a thin crust pizza with a sweet tomato sauce and not a lot of cheese. We went with onions and peppers on ours. They bring your pizzas out in a rotation so that as you make your way through the first pizza, a second and, different pizza is on it’s way out. I really like this approach as it allows for some excitement over which pie is coming next. The last two pies we orderd were Margarita and White. The white was pretty standard, though we added spinach and tomatos. The Margarita was my favorite…more on that later.

The webcams that I got my family and Caitlin have been really cool. It’s amazing to be able to see the people that you’re talking to. At this point in the trip, I don’t think I miss home yet, but I don’t really like just talking on the phone. Anyone with a webcam out there? Let me know and we’ll get together.
